Shiirs is not permitted to provide you the actual loan or any kind of advice, explanation, opinion, or recommendation about possible financial or legal rights, remedies, defenses, options, selection of forms or strategies.

Shiirs DOES NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOU WILL RECEIVE A LOAN, INSURANCE, CREDIT SCORE BOOST, DEBT RELIEF, CREDIT CARD APPROVAL, OR INVESTMENT PROFITS FROM ANY PROVIDER.

No information on the Site is to be construed as financial product advice or a recommendation, to buy or sell any financial product. The Services provided by Shiirs does not constitute an offer, invitation, solicitation or recommendation in relation to the subscription, purchase or sale of financial products.

Application Services

We shall provide the following assistance with respect to your search for a small-medium business loan or personal loan:

(1) preliminary loan assessment services on behalf of our trusted third party lenders (the “ Lender ( s ) ”) using the information provided by you through the pre-qualification questioner completed by you for the grant of such small-medium business loan (“Prequalification Criteria ”). The pre-qualification questioner may request information including but not limited to business name and address, amount and intended purpose of funding sought, certain financial information and documents regarding the business, and certain information and documents regarding your business (the “ Application Information ”);

(2) additional Services (the ” Additional Services “) designed to improve your credit score or otherwise improve the attractiveness of your loan application.

You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete Application Information. We are not responsible for any Service-related issues arising from your failure to provide true, accurate, current and complete Application Information. If we determine, in our sole discretion, that you have failed to do so, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Site and Service. If, based on our Prequalification Criteria and at our sole discretion you are found eligible, we will forward your Application Information to Lenders. By providing the Application Information to Shiirs, you authorize us to furnish the Lender with your Application Information on your behalf and, if necessary, verify certain fields of your Application Information You may be found eligible for a business loan by several Lenders. In case you have been found eligible by several Lenders, your authorization to share your Application Information will apply to each Lender you have chosen to complete the application process with, as described in this paragraph.

Your receipt of the loan from the Lender is subject to a separate agreement between you and the Lender. You acknowledge and agree that Shiirs has no role in the Lender’s decision to provide or not provide funding to you, and that Shiirs provides the Application Information to the Lender on your behalf.

You authorize us to use the Application Information for all purposes related to the Service, and to have continued access to your Application Information, provided that such access shall be used solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

Lenders may require you to provide bank statements in order to complete their assessment process regarding your request (“ the Statements ”). You may be able to choose to (1) Share your Statements with the Lender(s) through the options provided on their respective website(s); or (2) use the third party service through our website which will enable us and the Lender(s) to retrieve your Statements (some Lenders may enable you to use the third party service on their respective websites). By using the third party service, you represent and warrant that you have taken all the required steps with your bank in order to authorize the third party service or similar applicable third parties to obtain access to your bank account(s). If you choose to use the third party service on our website, you will be asked to enter your online banking credentials. These credentials will not be stored or used by us. The Statements may be retained and shared by us with the Lender(s) or sent directly to the Lender(s), based on the contractual relationship between the third party service and the Lender(s). Some Services include advice from third parties and partners. You agree that any such advice and content is provided for information, education, and entertainment purposes only, and does not constitute legal, financial, tax planning, medical, or other advice. You agree that Shiirs is NOT liable for any advice provided by third parties or partners. You agree that you are responsible for your own financial choices and decisions, and that Shiirs is not responsible or liable for any decisions or actions you take or authorize third parties to take on your behalf based on information you receive as a user and reader of shiirs.com.

Shiirs Does Not Endorse Third Parties. The Services may contain links to third party websites and services. Shiirs provides these links as a convenience to the reader, and does not control or endorse these websites and services. You acknowledge and agree that Shiirs has not reviewed the content, advertising, products, services, or other materials that appear on such third party websites or services, and is not responsible for the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any such content, and shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of any such third party websites or services.

We do not charge you any fee for the Service. We may charge fees for certain Additional Services, as specified in the applicable Additional Service sign-up page. Shiirs does not control a Lender’s terms, and a Lender’s funding terms and conditions are entirely and solely within the Lender’s discretion.

We may charge a fee for the Additional Services.

No refunds are issued for any reason for Additional Services. All Services are provided as-is without any guarantee. By purchasing any Additional Service, you are confirming that you have read and understand our no refunds policy. You further agree that you will not make or attempt to make any chargebacks.

Disclaimers & Disclaimer of Warranty

Shiirs is not financial consultant or institution and neither Shiirs nor any of its employees provide legal or financial services or advice of any sort. Furthermore, no representations or warranties express or implied, are given regarding the legal, financial or other consequences resulting from the use of our Site or Services or the forms provided therein. Shiirs does not guarantee or assume any responsibility for any service advertised or offered by any third party service relating to either Shiirs or any funding provider. Cost: Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Shiirs text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans). Shiirs does not impose a separate fee for sending messages. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible and liable for obtaining, maintaining, and paying all charges related to your mobile device(s).

No Guarantee: Shiirs is not responsible for incomplete, lost, late, or misdirected messages, including (but not limited to) undelivered messages resulting from any form of filtering by your mobile carrier or service provider or otherwise.

Use of Automated Dialing Technology: You acknowledge and agree that the SMS Alerts Service may be provided in some cases through automatic telephone dialing technology, an artificial voice or a pre-recorded voice. By providing us your phone number, you expressly consent to receive the SMS messages service through automatic dialing technology, artificial and pre-recorded voice.

General Communications: You agree to receive notifications from Shiirs, its representatives, employees, and agents, through any means authorized under these Terms, including phone calls and text messages that use automatic telephone dialing technology, artificial voice or pre-recorded voice or live person.

Carriers: Supported carriers include all major United States carriers including, AT&T, Verizon Wireless, T-Mobile, Sprint, Boost Mobile, Metro PCS, U.S. Cellular, Nextel, Virgin Mobile, and others. T-Mobile is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility: To receive text messages from us, you must be a resident of the United States and 18 years of age or older. Shiirs reserves the right to require you to prove that you are at least 18 years of age.

Termination: Shiirs reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or suspend any or all of the SMS Alerts Service, in whole or in part, for any reason, with or without notice to you.
